This policy describes acceptable use of QXX's APIs and services.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out activities that are prohibited when using QXX’s APIs, data and services. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas or access controls, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing data except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineering the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
- Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Rate limits & fair use
The Services enforce rate limits and fair-use thresholds to protect reliability for all users. Sustained excessive load may be throttled. Contact us to arrange higher limits.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or the Terms.
