We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your use of the Services and any data you retrieve.
3. Access and credentials
You must keep API credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Commercial terms
Access tiers, usage limits and fees are agreed in an order form or written agreement. There is no public self-serve pricing; contact us to discuss commercial terms for your use case.
5. Data and intellectual property
QXX and its licensors retain all rights in the Services and underlying data compilations. You retain rights in your own content. You may not redistribute or resell data except as expressly permitted in a written agreement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and data are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Financial data may contain errors or delays and must not be treated as investment advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QXX will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading or investment decisions made using the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
